Come and make a Lantern by designing and creating your own Fused Glass Panels.

Linda’s studio near Cranborne, Dorset – a map and directions will be included with your booking confirmation.
The tuition
Immerse yourself in a day of creativity. We will be designing and making the glass panels for your lantern. We will start the session making a small sun catcher and learning how to design & build our lantern pieces. We will be using pre cut base glass, beads, granules, paint and a selection sheet glass. Linda will be bringing templates and examples to follow or you can create your own designs. For example, abstract design, flowers, sea themed or trees of the seasons, you choose!
Includes your Lantern, all glass, materials and Kiln firing, plus any cold work sanding and assembling your project, Lots of 1-1 help.Collection 7 days after the session, (postage extra).

Linda’s day workshops are aimed at both beginners interested in finding out about the glass fusing process and improvers wanting to expand their skills to create their own unique pieces.
This could be the first step towards a new hobby, discovering your own creative talent or just having some fun with friends in a relaxed atmosphere. There is plenty of opportunity for one to one support if you are unsure or you can just soar with your own imagination.
